1. Merchant of Record Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns regarding the payment process.

Services and Software Licenses We provide digital marketing services (including SEO, Google Ads management, and website development) and digital software licenses (including Windows and Adobe products). Service timelines and deliverables will be outlined in your selected package. Software licenses are delivered digitally upon payment confirmation.

3. User Obligations Clients must provide accurate business information and necessary access to platforms (e.g., website CMS, Google Ads accounts) for us to fulfill marketing services.

4. Governing Law These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
