Refund Policy

At Fast Forward Marketing, we strive to ensure absolute satisfaction with our digital products and services. Because of the digital nature of our offerings, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Digital Marketing Services
- Monthly Retainers: Payments for month-to-month digital marketing packages (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Management) are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started and work has commenced.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent month.
2. Software Licenses
- Due to the nature of digital license keys (such as those for Windows or Adobe), all sales of software licenses are final and non-refundable once the activation key has been successfully delivered via email.
- If you experience technical issues with a license key or it is proven to be defective upon delivery, please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase for a replacement key.
3. Processing Refunds Any approved refunds will be processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, and will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
